What is crafty?

According to wordweb dictionary,

crafty is define as marked by skill in deception.

But I will be defining crafty based on an application, it can be define as a platform which allowed for skills and professional works to be contracted by those in need of them. This platform service as a non-funding intermediary between two or more people, between organizations, between countries, between whosoever is willing to render and accept professional services.
What do I mean by Non-funding intermediary: This means a platform that doesn't levy any charges on either the giver of services or the taker.
The platform solicits only for a written review to be by both parties after transactions is almost completed.
This platform has being working in brazil for quite sometimes now (2015) and it has to expand it's base around the world.

Change is inevitable in life, but the best kind of change expected is a positive change. Therefore, I will highlight some expected change we will be seeing in crafty.
