Wyoming Passes Bill to Relax Securities Law for Some Blockchain Tokens
The U.S. state of Wyoming has passed House Bill HB0070 on 19 February 2018 allowing certain Blockchain tokens to bypass securities regulations if they meet three key requirements as of July , 2018.

The bill passed House of Representatives in Wyoming unanimously in its third reading with the approval of all 60 members.
According to the House Bill HB0070, if tokens are offered in Wyoming — or simply to the state’s residents — via an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) or otherwise, the tokens will not need to be registered as securities in the state if they conform with the following three statutes:
Wyoming Senators have Senate Bill 111 which seeks to exempt crypto from state property tax obligations, in place since March, 2014.

Do not keep a lot of SBD sitting in your account. It makes the account a target for such events.
