thanks for this breakdown, I have some of both tokens and am waiting for the pulling of the dividends to become a bit more straightforward then it is now...
They said in the webinar that the pushing of rewards is not a priority but something that will be available eventually.
I imagine that one will have to do KYC/AML and prove that you have the keys to the wallet where the tokens are stored.
you already had to do a kyc just to participate so I guess that would not be a big issue. I guess its just a lot of work :-)

According to the Spectre.ai investors website, you can purchase its utility and dividend ERC20 tokens went live on the following exchanges:
SXUT is the utility token.
SXDT is the dividend (weekly reward) token.
