Holding and It Hurts

I woke up this morning and my heart dropped a bit when I checked my Blockfolio balance. For a beginner, I don't have terribly too much but every penny is a risk for me still and man did my stomach turn. However, I know this is what we call a big blow out sale! Buy and major profits on the line here if you choose a rather good entry point. And if you don't buy anything then just hold til things pick back up. What other advise do you give folks up when theres a major retraction like this?
