What is Inscoin For KNOX?
Inscoin establishes the first insurance company that will accept crypto for the payment of insurance premiums. Also, this project has integrated solutions for solving problems of certification and anti-forgery of insurance policies. The inscoin system has avoided the spread of false insurance policies using the smart contract, as it is the same system that issues them after receiving the payment. Also, the companies won’t have delay in collecting credits as the policy is issued only after receiving the payments.
How it works?
The certification of the authenticity of the policies will be carried out partly on the internal platform of Knox Insurance and partly on the Blockchain of Ethereum. At the end of the certification process, will be issued a smart contract that combines the authenticity and coverage of the policy while respecting the privacy rights of the contracting parties.
KNOX insurance issues a paper-based policy. Inside the customer will find the serial number of the policy and a unique barcode. The beneficiary has to activate the policy on the dedicated section in Inscoin platform by entering the serial number and the code underneath the barcode. Once the required data are provided, the system will release a certified PDF file where the terms of policy are stated. It will certify the coverage and authenticity. If the issued policy turns out to be not hedged, the contractor will be required to pay the premium. At last KNOX will issue the policy in a smart contract form.
