Microsoft partnership
So, it turns out the partnership is essentially the dev team for iota testing and planning to use Microsoft Azure to implement its data market. In my opinion, not a real partnership.
Sounds pretty cool to investors though, right?
Using that same logic I'm in partnership with Apple, Amazon, Adidas...
(Not an exhaustive list)
Where will this leave iota?
Surprisingly, it hasn't affected the market all that much so far. I'm pretty confused by it in all honesty, did nobody consider the partnership to be a big deal?
I'm expecting it to have a pretty big impact, but then again what do I know?! This is Cryptonomics where everything defies logic.

Great title and info @elliotjgardner , I also wrote an article just now about IOTA. Actually IOTA does not have any partnerships with Microsoft and the IOTA foundation has given a clarification today about the confusion or mis information they have created, take a look:
