How to buy Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin at Fair Mkt value and easily trade it for Steem (via credit card, bank withdrawl, wire transfer and cash)
The easiest way to buy Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin would be through one of the popular Bitcoin exchanges that also supply with an online wallet (not secure long term, but it won't be there long as you will be sending it to steemit for steem power or to your own offline wallet program / device).

The most convenient and one of the cheapest ways to buy Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin would be Coinbase (if it’s available in your country):
- Open a Coinbase account
- Add your payment method (Credit card or bank account)

Once you have your Crypto Currency, go to your Steemit account / wallet / buy steem and there you will get your send address for your account (user name). Just copy and paste the send destination code into your Coinbase, select the amour you want to send (most will use "send max") and your Crypto Currency will be sent, automatically converted to steem and added to your account.

Of course the only good coin icon showing, in the picture, is Steemit. Augur is only for speculation trading on the volatility now. No value behind it yet(hasn't released yet(Beta is not release)).
Right on, it was just an attention getter anyway. It is also not possible to use Coinbase worldwide.
