Interesting post. I had no idea that New Hampshire was so chilled out. I didn't realise this existed in the States. I spend a lot of time in a very relaxed area of Spain, which operates mostly on live and let live principles. In fact, Spain as a whole operated for over a year without a ruling central government and it was one of the best years they'd ever had, unsurprisingly!
