Similar to MaidSafe, Substratum is looking to create a fully decentralized internet. The interesting thing that sets this project apart is that they have found a very clever way to integrate getting access to this new Internet network using the existing browser applications that normal people have on their computers. This ease of use will present a far easier adoption of their internet network than what I believe MaidSafe has in mind. I highly recommend you check out their white paper. Their ICO is currently in ICO Week #1 (3,000 SUB = 1 ETH) phase which ends in the next 2 days.

ICO End Date: August 20th, 2017

Neblio is the next Stratis or NEO. Its a completely new blockchain platform specifically targeted towards enterprise applications and services that will support a variety of programming languages. Unlike most ICOs they have a fully functional wallet which also performs PoS (Proof of Stake) mining. So you can start mining their coins as soon as you get them. Their ICO is currently in the final ICO Phase #3 (22,000 SUB = 1 BTC) which ends in the next 2 days.
