First impression:
Is the name acceptable?
Is the logo acceptable?
What is the age of the project?
Does the project have an announcement thread?
Do people actively post in the announcement thread?
Is the announcement thread of poor quality?
What are people saying in the announcement thread? Are there any red flags?
Technicals
Does the project utilize the source code of Bitcoin from 2014 onwards?
Is the max supply count in the code the same as on coinmarketcap?
Is there a working blockchain explorer?
Is the coin premined or instamined?
What is the holder distribution in the richlist?
Is the project open source?
Is the project clone of an existing project?
Does the project offer any technical innovations that solve a specific problem?
Does the coin have a have finite supply?
Is there a high chance of critical bugs?
Online presence
Google search "crypto"+scam, are there any red flags? Are they based in truth?
Does the project have a website?
Is the website of poor quality?
Is there an official forum or slack?
Is the community in slack or forum active and friendly?
The creators
How many developers are there and who are they?
Do the developers have industry experiences?
Have the developers been involved in crypto related speeches or written papers on the subject?
Do the developers have Github profiles with active commits?
Are developers driven and want to work hard for the project?
Does the coin and/or developers have a history of pumps and dumps in the past?
Investment environment
Does the project offer favorable long term prospects?
Is there a roadmap with future plans that will solve problems?
What do you think is the intrinsic value of the cryptocurrency? What is the price of similar cryptocurrencies?
Is the intrinsic value less than the current market cap?
Is the coin being pumped right now?
