What is Holding Back the Crypto Market?

Back in the end of 2017, experts and analysts of the crypto market claimed that 2018 will be the biggest year of crypto to date.
Well, we are almost halfway through the year and this year has been the opposite of what was expected.
I am still optimistic on the future of cryptocurrency and I realize that these times will be a chapter in the book. As pioneers in the crypto community, we need to stay strong through these red days and keep spreading knowledge about blockchain and cryptocurrency.
What does everyone think about the market right now? Short-term predictions? Long-term predictions?

I think we need some Good Ole' regulation to help the market explode into another bull market.
I think we need an easier way for people to buy and store crypto currency.
Since we didn't self regulate the market, we now have to wait for government agencies to regulate crypto.
Maybe the biggest fall this year.
I know that this is just a phase in the cryptomarket.In no distant time,things will get back to normal and we all will be happy again but we have to sail safely through this rough times
