Why BTC ETF will not pass this 16th
First of all we have to undestand that ETF´s are financial products for the average "Joe"...
As such SEC needs to know they have low risk...
Knowing that, we need also to undestand that gold ETF was very hard to be aproved, and we are talking about a very old commoditie...
Knowing that Winkloss ETF was refused, and the voting depends on 5 people, being this one refused by 3 to 1. We should undestand that is almost impossible to get 3 to 2 votes on this matter this year. I know this is not the news we want to hear. But it´s just logic.
Underneath that the SEC would not aprove a Bitcoin ETF being the dollar in such bad sheets in this trade war...This matter will need to improve.
