Maintaining Value of Dsion

Today many projects fail to maintain the value their coin. However Dsion came up with our own strategy to keep the value of DSN coin.

Basically, all investment products are priced by the balance of supply and demand.

When there's a lot of supply, the price goes down. When there's a lot of demand, the price goes up, and there's no exception to any kind of investment.

Here is an example of supply and demand in stock market, a stock of Samsung electronics was worth $1,000 in 2016. When the company started stock retirement the price sky rocketed up to about $2,500.

Same thing happens at cryptocurrency market. We can see what happens when the coins in the market are bought and burned, the price goes up.

Thus, the Dsion project, which is planned and conducted by investment experts, basically grasped the market principles of demand and supply, developed a strategy for maintaining the value of Dsion Coin that is being released into the market.

There's three big strategy to maintain the value of Dsion.

1. Reserve Fund
2. Split payment
3. Utilize investment fees

Basically, the portion of the reserve fund and the investment fee utilization is the system that collects the coins that have been released in the market, and thus purges them to reduce the supply.

The reserve fund secures 1% of dividends after investing in start-up companies and utilizes it for continuous investment if the value of the Dsion coin is maintained. If the market situation is bad and the value of Dsion coin falls, it will be used to incinerated to maintain value.

And every time you invest, the platform gets a 1% commission on your investment, which is systemically programmed for automatic incineration as soon as the commission enters the platform.

These two ways of burning token will prevent significant increase of total number of Dsion coins, preventing depreciation from inflation.

We also tried to prevent the depreciation by spliting investment to make sure startups can't sell large amount of Dsion coin at once.

In fact, the issue of split payment of investment is not a big problem if a large number of start-up investments are already made. As a start-up has to pay back to the investors for revenue distribution.
