I stopped trading cryptos for profit when they changed the tax laws here in the United States. Now i'm just accumulating steem till i get to 10,000 and then slowly take out the profits.

Hi @edkarnie, my goal in 5 months was to have 1000 steem, it's done, now I want to get to 2000, but I'm not going to set a time limit.

Wow you seems did few good investments! But I was not that lucky! few of my coins made me poor so far, but I hope things might get change soon!

thank you theguruasia, it is very hard to find a winner, i would have mostly BTC now, and then maybe half altcoins

Well people can always find ways around it like VPN or a friend in another country
Theta is the sleeper and will do great. I am also very intrigued with the progress of XRP and their network, cost savings and much more. XRP could really become something with their “interoperability” capability thru ILP (Internet ledger protocol) which will connect other cryptos thru the XRP payment system. I think XRP, ADA & Stellar are ones to watch.
thank you floridanow, i am accumulating ADA and XRP now. I learned something new from a video yesterday, some coins are creating solutions for problems that do not exist, sometimes they try to attract investors with too much promise and then cannot deliver the product, or worse they have no intention in doing so
Hi @djohan,In relation to the question, last year was frustrating everything related to this market, I made the decision to hold, and I see that it was worth having made this decision, now everything blooms and I hope it continues like this.

thank you martha75, it looks like a normal cycle of BTC dropping over 50% after reaching new all time high and then come back to reach another high. Hopefully i am smart enough to sell at the next All time high
Congrats! You did very well! Theta looks very promising! But we couldn’t get any from the exchanges here. They only handle the main stream and important coins.
I think you’ll see the big rise in cryptos early next year. Gold and silver will also go to the moon.

thank you pardeepkumar, i like to have different kinds of coins, but many people own only one, hopefully steem will do well and come back to over 1 dollar
