Total Crypto Market: What's Next? Where do we go from here?

Hello all you crypto-sapiens!
Let's have a discussion regarding the near-term future of the total crypto market.

I don't believe the altcoins will manage to continue upwards if we see both BTC and ETH continue this downtrend, and an even steeper downtrend appears to be right around the corner. The bounce upwards today has had less momentum than I'd like to see. I'm considering taking my coins off of the table if we don't see a turnaround soon. Please share your thoughts!
