This is always been the case, at least for NEO, so no surprise there. As far as the price, who knows. I forsee a kind-of longstanding bear market hanging around. These companies seem to have a lot of potential either way u slice it. It's important to note the prices do not indicate the quality of the companies. Prices shouldn't and don't affect solid companies. Speculators do though!
