Smart Contracts has very much more use case along with the examples mentioned in the blog .. like land records & health records maintainance, Supply Chain along with IoT, public service delivery by govts and many more.. these kind of use cases will going to have a huge impact on how we use to things.

    anything where middle man can be eliminated will save the cost and increase transprency in whole eco system
