INTRODUCTION
In our contemporary time, the prevalent trend is the conduct of research into income generating strategies towards the enhancement of the various sectors of the economy of many countries. This has warranted many companies go into liquidation and even some to become top-notch companies known all over the world. In the quest for a more decentralized economy so as to generate a close to even distribution of income in different sectors of the economy as well as amongst individuals living within the economy, a lot of new projects have been initiated to facilitate some of these revolutions with economies scattered all over the world.
Databroker Dao is one of such ventures. It basically seeks to create funds from the sale of IoT sensors data in different parts of the world with the use of DTX Tokens governed by the ERC20 trade Mechanism. It seeks primarily to monetize the area of data mining in a peer to peer(P2P) market environment where people can enjoy the value of data they sell on the platform in exchange for income. This is done in lieu of the fact that the world's trade and financial atmosphere is undergoing serious evolution and as such a matching evolution should also take place in terms of income generation.

DataBroker DAO is acclaimed to be the first of its kind in the world. It is an online platform used to sell and buy sensor data. The project's goal is to create a decentralized market atmosphere where IoT sensor data using Blockchain technology can be sold by individuals using the Databroker DAO platform. The project gives all owners of IoT sensor data an avenue to convert such data into an active means of income generation.

DataBroker DAO has come to revolutionize the monetization of data gathering which has already been in existence for quite some time now generating income for its users. However, the value of this data worth over $600billion has been locked up in silos for a very long time. Data Broker DAO has come to unlock the wellspring of money that can accrue from that sector to all and sundry. It has added a new innovation to its use which is the synchronization of the Etherium Blockchain mechanism unto the workings of the platform, this is done basically because the world is going crypto now and there is a need to key into the blooming trend which Is fast gaining ground in the financial sector and also to ensure massive participation in the project's plan.

One of the numerous goals of DataBroker DAO is to introduce a growing knack and desire for the use of sensor data so as to convert it to a recognizable and viable means of income generation which adds value to all its users far and wide. There have been an increased need for more value to be attached to the value of data people disseminate every day. companies and industries all over the world have information stored in their databases doing almost nothing, if given a platform to sell such, they would jump at it. Most of this information are of great value and importance to not just companies in question but also to people outside of it that have no access to such information save for the companies competitors. Most of these industries are very much willing to sell to interested buyers except their competitors but this has not been made possible in our current dispensation but that is bound to change with DataBroker DAO.

In doing all the things listed above, DataBroker DAO intends to become like the regular buying and selling online marketing platforms or should I say regular shopping malls where you just walk into and pick whatever it is that you want. Only this time it is not exactly tangible goods that are sold but rather IoT sensor Data which are of great value. It is estimated that by 2020 the total amount to be generated by the IoT data Sensor would be about $1.2 Trilion Dollars as it is already generating over $600 Billion this year. This project's goal is to promote the sale and massive adoption of the sale of all these data in the nearest future and promote the monetization of such data in question. This is a sector that basically provides over $600 billion Dollars on a yearly basis why then should it not be invested in? Would it not yield more returns when invested into?
Statistics have shown that industries, private individuals, and even the government spend amounts running into billions of dollar buying and maintaining IoT sensors. It is also a fact that this viable nature of all data transferred is one that is not only astonishing but almost unbelievable yet most of the data is locked up within such industries.
DataBroker DAO utilizes smart contract based marketing platforms based on the use of Ethereum blockchain mechanism. The project now makes it possible to unleash the unending value through their gateway operator, thus empowering sensor owners to sell any form of data on the platform through the use of the DTX Tokens or purchase such data through the use of the DTX Tokens.

The system works through the instrumentality of three Cadres of people or should I say organs, they include; The Sensor Owners who own IoT Sensor Data and have made them available on the platform for sale, the Data Buyers who are the people who actually purchase such data as is put up for sale on the DataBroker DAO platform by the Sensor Owners, and lastly the Data Processors who purchase data with the aim of improving on it and entiching it for resale on the platform at a higher value to whoever buys it. This three levels make the system work fluidly without much hitche to their activities and another important organ of the project is the Gateway Operators.
The primary aim of the Gateway Operators in DataBroker DAO is to make accessible the gateway they are charged to operate so as to enable sensor owners to sell their data on the platform. All these Data gathered from the billions of devices circulating across countries of the world which are dispersed through a wireless sensor network (WSN) mostly run by telecommunication agencies and companies within such countries either through the local network system in place or GSM network, a LORA network or any other alternatives such as SigFox are all gathered and through the use of vibrant API and AI systems grouped according to type and sold as at when due to any interested buyers.

The project Team and Advisors have put forward an empirical masterplan that is going to aid them and serve as a guide in the course of carrying out their plans. This would invariably aid the achievement of all their set goals. This is a venture to invest in and is one that would yield wonderful results all over the world. It is, therefore, a business plan to reckon with and support every step the way till all the sellable data can be sold and the common man is able to make money selling valuable information in form of IoT Sensor Data on the platform.

TOKEN DETAILS
The token sale already commenced on 26 April and it ends on the 3rd of July. The token is known as the DTX and it is based on ERC20. Price of the token at ICO is 1 DTX = 0.15 USD in terms of Ethereum value it is 0.00025000 ETH. The goal is to raise funds for the project’s completion and the goal set in amount is 16,000,000 USD which is = to 27,000 ETH. A total of 50% has been sold at pre-sale and total Tokens put forward for sale is 225,000,000. Payments are to be done in USD or ETH
