Yes! I had this issue before myself and I figured that that you can only have 5 apps installed at a time. I dunno why it won't do more but at least you will still have the coins in your hardware wallet even if you uninstall one of them.
Good news: apparently with the firmware update to version 1.4 you can now have 18 different wallets/apps at the same time! :)
