Great News - Bittrex will add USD pairs

Why is this important? Bittrex is one of the biggest crypto exchanges and they heavily use TetherUSD (USDT) as a proxy for real dollars (USD).
Tether is a dark cloud over the entire ecosystem, hopefully this marks the beginning of its removal.
Of course it would be better if they brought in something like BitUSD pairs as well, but we can't have everything.
This is definitely a good news in this sea of red! Before this I had to use Kraken and then transfer it to Bittrex/Binance. Now it will be more simple!Cheers @demotruk
Are you in Europe? There's a likelihood that USD will only be available to Americans, based on what they said in the announcement.

BitUSD would be awesome. Definitely not a good idea to be using tether.
Good to see they've resorted to BitUSD. I think the Tether controversy fuelled this and they're trying to win customers back and gain new customers.

It's regular old fashioned USD that they've added. Not BitUSD.
I would have loved to have seen SBD added as well :(
Technically they have SBD/BTC, although yeah, more pairs would be amazing. I think it's clear though that SBD is not presently providing the function that they want as a stable token.
and this is good news, its great really as they have finally introduced usd pairs, resteemed.
Truly ,i so much miss USD absence in bittrex platform.but let's believe that one day they will add it as you said.thanks for this insightful information ,it worth to be considered in bittrex.
