My question:- You cant really blame a naive person for investing in a doom to fail project, because he/she is naive, what can the cryptocurrency world do to educate these people(naive) so that they do a better research before investing?

The world of cryptocurrencies can not do anything, we are the users who can disseminate information for those who are interested to know more.
