Crypto-Dogs and Cats Living Together!
Where are we going with cryptocurrency?
First came CryptoKitties
CryptoKitties is a game centered around breedable, collectible, and oh-so-adorable creatures we call CryptoKitties! Each cat is one-of-a-kind and 100% owned by you; it cannot be replicated, taken away, or destroyed.
What’s the big deal?
CryptoKitties is one of the world’s first games to be built on blockchain technology—the same breakthrough that makes things like Bitcoin and Ethereum possible. Bitcoin and ether are cryptocurrencies but CryptoKitties are cryptocollectibles. You can buy, sell, or trade your CryptoKitty like it was a traditional collectible, secure in the knowledge that blockchain will track ownership securely.

This is Pet Rock levels of stupidity. Anyway, Ethereum(ETH] is used to purchase or sell the kittens. You can even breed the kittens, which allows you to make Ethereum from nothing but cyber kitten sex.
People have spent over $1M buying virtual cats on the Ethereum blockchain
Awesome.
Not to be left out of the cyber animal orgy frenzy, TRON(TRX) has just announced that they are teaming up with Game.com to create TRON Dogs.

No, seriously.
TRON Reached Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Game.com to Expand Its Presence in Gaming.
While, I am a big fan of the idea of using cryptocurrency that exists in the sudo-real world for gaming, I would rather it be for an actual real game. Like how CryptoWars looks to be a city building and strategy type game. CryptoWars is also on the Ethereum blockchain. I just can't see the point of buying virtual pets, dressing them up, "breeding" them and selling their offspring.
Then again, Nintendo has had Animal Crossing for years. Maybe the key is for one of the big gaming consoles to adopt one of the cryptocurrencies.
Nintendo? Are you listening?
Let the positive energy sing!
More Power to the Minnows!!

It's for women in their late 30s+ just as all these pet videos on YouTube with millions of views. A positive term for that would be gamification, a less positive one infantilization.
I strongly assume, these kitties will be traded as other collectibles, which means that thing might actually have a future. I hope future archaeologists will find this comment and come to the conclusion it's writer thought crapto animals was an idiotic idea.
LOL
Well, if you have to quote that, then quote it correctly please:
muhahaha;-)
hahaha. where did you find that dean? i was tempted to get a cheap kitty just to see but didnt.
The quote?
I made it up based on @doodlebear's comment.

Yeah crypto and gaming is going to be huge. Coinbrawl.com was a lot of fun until bots destroyed any chance of "decent" earnings and by that I mean a few dollars a day was good, but now I'm lucky to make < one thenth of a penny, so I quit playing.
Hey, BitCoin used to be close to one tenth of a penny.
I hope it doesn't get crazy, like every newbie that joins a strategy game is immediately raped by the whales.
Or, you have to play continuously for 300 hours to earn 1 coin.
