Digitex not giving accurate bonuses as promised

Digitex ico sold off within 17 minutes of launch..
I tried buying $100 worth but gat a failed transaction cause I wasnt fast enough..
Now I'm back to claim my referral bonus as promised... but digitex is withholding 70% of my referral bonus. That's too bad
