Very good, detailed write-up. Seems promising however without a whitepaper I feel it's a little light on the technical details of how they are planning to build the trading engine. Decentralized exchanges tend to run into issues because order matching at the speed and scale that a conventional exchange offers is much too transaction heavy for any blockchain (so far at least). Anyway, I'm adding it to my 'research' list..

Side note - you have an interesting typo in the article:

I believe you meant 'announcement', since 'accouchement' is the french word for 'giving birth'. Although that would certainly pique people's interest!!
