There are three main reasons for decreasing market capitalization:
Investors getting afraid about the possible consequencies of Bitcoin hard fork on 1st August.
Hedge funds (which invested a lot of money earlier this year) going back to fiat after making good profits.
ICO companies changing their newly collected BTC and ETH into fiat to pay for their expenses (offices, staff, etc.).
