    I honestly don't know enough about Bitshares to answer that properly.

    Streamity seeks to have a truly decentralized crypto "exchange", rather than the centrally controlled model. I know from my own personal experience that buying ANY crypto is a huge pain in the ass, hopefully they alleviate that - or someone else will...
