Will the middle east, south america, russia and asia use Bitcoin & cryptocurrency to show a middle finger to the US

Its not a secret that america has waged many wars and messed with a lot of countries and their political system.

Given the recent news and announcement by some countries it seems they are eager to use cryptocurrency to take charge and have full control over international transfers.

Take this recent news: "Venezuelan Cryptocurrency Petro Receives the Satoshi Nakamoto Prize in Russia"
the BRICS and other countries are really taking this seriously

"Venezuela Certifies 16 Cryptocurrency Exchanges" mostly for enabling trading of the petro
what surprises me the most how fast Venezuela moved on this.. showing other countries that its doable to mount something like this within a very short period of time
