Keep Calm And Hodl! 

That is not only specific for ChainCoin, it's for all cryptocurrencies. The main problem is a lot of people are dumping their coins at the moment.  This makes the value to drop. Such drops fear a lot of new people in the crypto scene and then they are panic selling which also affects the coin to drop. 

It's totally common that the value of a coin is dropping. The best way to act in this situation is to keep calm. When the bitcoin is recovering in the next few days, all coins will rise again. 

Never sell on the downtrend! 

This is one of the most important rules i can give you as an advice.
Because when you sell on the downtrend, you won't help the coins to recover and you make probably a loss.
The unrest and fear will pass away so your investsments will recover. 

Look at all the other coins for example. For a long-term investment view it's always recovering int the future because of its booming market.

If you can't handle the pressure I would advice you take a break and look back after a few weeks.
