What will happen if an exchange opens with free no FEE exchange of cryptocurrency?

This changed trading somewhat when robinhood introduced advert run no fee forex trading.
Will you jump on the bandwagon?
I think currently that this will make it more profitable to newbies who get ripped off on coinbase.
