If that is the case, could you please clarify what is meant by the 'we have brought transaction costs down to one-five-thousandth-of-a-cent' as is said in the official EOSIO promotional videos? I based my information partly on that, as it being official I figured this information was solid. I myself thought this tiny fee was perhaps introduced as a way to combat spam.
