Bitcoin Sales Projection Of Cash App To Overtake Supply By 2020

It has been previously reported that Square’s Cash app has posted a remarkable 2019 first quarter profit for Bitcoin sales which is up by 25% on the previous quarter’s record sale.

If this trend continues it could outstrip supply by 2020, as reported by crypto-analyst, Yassine Elmandjra.

Elmandjra extrapolated data at current growth rate to give a projected figures for the next eighteen months and she discovered that should the trend continue after the May’s rewards halving sales will be twice the amount of BTC being mined.

More demand than supply could only mean positive things for the price and this is only considering the BTC sold through Cash app.

The increasing demand on Cash app would probably be mirrored by other platforms pushing demand higher together with the price.

However potential investors into Bitcoin should be reminded that this projections is only true if the current growth rate continues its momentum well into 2020 during the scheduled halving rewards event.
