Other states need to wake up and take advantage of the opportunity to become hubs of innovation. Those states/nations that don't will take a back seat to those that do. We've yet to see bitcoin or not infinitely supply scheduled crypto's primary use case, specifically a hedge against hyperflation during a global recession. It's coming, innovate & accomodate or be left in the dust with your regulations and ponzi entitlements.
