Signatum: worth investing it?
What is Signatum and is it worth considering?
Signatum is a cryptocurrency that aims to allow for easy intergration on both normal and TOR markets, exchanges and other web based utilities. Signatum is a coin that focuses heavily speed and privacy, and allows for fully anonymous nodes that don't track IP, and have TOR integration. It is currently a very new and unfinished project that aims to implement PoS soon. Currently, the coin is only PoW, but this phase will end a few days after the PoS starts, which is at 100,000 blocks.
Signatum aims to have dedicated marketplaces, exchanges, crowd funding and a system called Signumpay, which is a system that allows merchants to connect to the Signatum network and use it as a payment option.
Because the project is so young, and doesn't have much support from he wider community and the more popular exchanges, the price is very cheap. Currently the price is 1055 satoshi (about 4.5 cents) and is available on both Cryptopia and Novaexchange. I believe this coin could EASILY hit $5-10 and get listed on all the major exchanges. People are always wanting to know what the next coin that will explode will be and will turn cents to dollars, well I believe this could be one of them. I have purchased a few hundred dollars worth for a long term hold.
Conclusion
People nowadays seem to be investing in crapcoins with blind hope that it will one day be big without first checking what the coin is and what the tech is that supports it. Instead of investing in coins that only have
value because a youtuber is promoting it (I am looking at you, Piecoin!) I would recommend looking at coins that actually have some interesting Tech or implementations. Nobody knows for sure if Signatum will be huge, but I think it is worth a small investment because I believe is holds a good chance of one day being a good coin. Let me know what you think!
