Jesus Christ, were are your fundamentals? Look at the marketcap and not at the price. Look at a coin located in > top 100 that has an actual future prospect. REQ, PRL there are so many out there (these are the first ones I remember of). Those are cheap.
If you have a low bugdet, you should be careful at fees. The less popular the coin is, the fees can go up by a lot.
