I dont mind if bps in the future get huge profits as it will make it super competetive and to become a top 21 bp they will have to provide something that makes voters want to vote for them eg new dapps etc. Its a win win
Yeah, possible! that could be a powerful way to keep BPs very much in favor of EOS's best interests.
