Particl Development Update

This is a summary of the last AMA done by the Particl team on June 29, 2018, as we wait for the next AMA. I’m particularly going to focus on development of the project, and the first DAPP, its marketplace. This is also useful to those of you outside of the community to get an idea of what goes into developing a product that provides a practical function to its users while also respecting privacy.
