CEO and Team

First thing in addressing any project is to break down the team. And I am worried at a first glance as everyone in the team is in the banking industry for the most part. We only have one co-founder who has experience in blockchain which is Denis Donin. And we only have one person who has expense in real estate. This team's skillset would be best used in my opinion if they target the market as a Reit.

Market Cap

This is a ICO which only has 1 day left for funding by the time of post this article. With that said we cant determine a value for the coin until the ICO faze finishes. Atlant has been confirmed to be launching on HitBTC and changelly.

Blockchain Aspect & Business Model

Atlant is looking to build a decentralized ADEX exchange based on Ethereum smart contracts. Which means they are looking to create almost like Airbnb site where people are able to rent property. However these property's are picked by and developed by the atlant team and listed on their website for rent. The amount of property income is then divided up into the Atlant coin as illustrated:

This concept is a hybrid between a Airbnb and Reit business model.

My Opinion on whats good with the Project

Their isn't much competition in the real estate blockchain business as their are only 3 companies who are looking to make a impact. With Atlant being one of the first its in a golden opportunity to get a leg up on its competition. However compared to the other 2 competitors is far behind. In order for Atlant to become successful it needs to be the best at one specific area in the real estate market. I personally feel like with the team presented if they stuck with a Reit business concept they could find success in the blockchain business however they are going somewhat of a different rout.

My Opinion on whats good with the Project

From my understanding of the white paper the airbnb model is what they are aiming for, however their rental website portion is a basic stolen template which is offered on most build your own websites. (this is coming from someone in experience in web developing) Also their outline is extremely stressing a almost like Airbnb model with a team that resembles more of a banking investor VS a start up investee.

Wrap It all Up

At the end of the day I personally wouldn't invest my money into this ICO until I can get confirmation on how they plan to tackle the Blockchain market. I'm personally looking for a start up with a narrow vision plan on solving 1 issue in the real estate industry. As Vitalik Buterin said: I truly believe they are casting their net too big and until I can get confirmation and they are able to update the public in a accessional manner on their progress. Almost like the Youtube videos and blog posts TenX has demonstrated I cant recommend investing in this project.
