it used to be 1000 m/h was $4500 or 100 mh for $500 before it sold out of corse there were smaller amounts available but those are the prices i remember not sure if when it returns will be the same prices.
Made a contract 4. 20mhashes for120 usd ( 30 usd per 5 mh). About 2 month ago already got 51 usd back . It should be more because of price increases. I went int when the price went down to 80 90 usd per dash. So its not a bat roi. Defenitly .gonna upgrade that dash contract. Here is my genesis code "53gnbr" . I'm not 100% sure but it is very likely since they need to solve the scaling issue which was pretty obvious with the recent ICO's

30 USD for 5 MH/s , 500 USD for 100 MH/s , 2250 USD for 500MH/s.
