I think it would be wise to address what happened with ecoin plus and your videos. That will speak volumes to your credibility in the future. Just a friendly tip brother. We all make mistakes in this game, but you need to be accountable and learn from them and if you have a channel like this involving money and investments and want to be taken seriously you should be as transparent as possible. No matter what happens. We are all on a learning journey together. People dont want to follow someone who operates that way. I agree any adult needs to take responsibility for their actions and have no right to sue you for an honest mistake. Thats just ridiculous. However with that said you have a duty as a content creator to at least address your subscribers who may have taken a large hit because of your advice and promotion of a scam. - even if it was an honest mistake and unknowingly you should apologize in my opinion - money is not a joke @cryptonick you may be able to afford to lose your money , some of your subscribers may not be as fortunate as you.
