    Well they try to raise money and avoid economic sanctions, would be nice if it was equivalent of owning part of their oil with dividend on sales.
    Cand find much details about it yet except it's a ETH smart contract.

      i do believe it a high time they rebooted their country all this sanctions that have been imposed by the US government are really killing their people.
