Changpeng Zhao is traveling a lot these day, doing business whit many companies and governments as well. Recently Binance signs agreement with Bermuda Governmentt on $15 mil. investment. Finance minister of Bermuda and Binance signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU). The MOU establish funding for educational programs related to fintech and blockchain startups. Aphelion just release they desktop wallet. It is in beta for a moment but it is good news and good job from Aphelion team. Currently you can downloaded wallet for 2 systems Windows and Mac. You can downloaded in this Github page.
