After massive falling down to price at 9231 BTC/USD,
there are some buying signal of big hands for last few days.

As you can see the yellow circles,
the first move starts at 11000 BTC/USD with buying 1000 BTC at once.
And you can see the signal of second and third big buy.

Now the price is retraced and rebounded at 11000 BTC/USD,
which means that holding long (buy) position is valid.

Based on this evidence, I suggest now is the right time to buy.

The first target is 14000 BTC/USD.
If the rebounce at 13000 BTC/USD is confirmed, you could add more buy position.
If the price falls down below 11000 BTC/USD, you have to RUN.
