Telegram-kun has follow-up with him saying he want to be the number 1 hokage I mean ICO and raised 1.7 billion in their 2nd round of private ICO sale. This men if they come out they will be top 25 coin. This is just like whaaaaaaat. Cho is wondering now why the f*ck telegram-kun needs 1.7 billion for. Is Cho going to be able to use telegram-kun to order some food or some strippers?? Cho thought telegram-kun blockchain was cool until now and now Cho thinks Telegram-Kun might just want to make some money rather than be hokage. But who knows, Cho is not hokage, maybe Cho is wrong and telegram-kun will actually become hokage and everyone in the village will finally have to acknowledge him.
