I think many investors should get used to issuances like Tezos which have lockout periods with the coming cycle of Security Tokens. Most Security Tokens issued under the US regulatory framework will require a lockout similar to Tezos. However, the security tokens may make it worth it as most represent a portion of the profits or earnings of the issuing company.
