A fork isn't necessarily bad if it brings something new to the table, but not when it's a cash-grab run by shady scammer that won't even post their photos on the main page.

That was a great panel, thanks for posting. Being stuck in small town Midwest, we typically miss out on content like this.
You nailed with decentralized exchanges. When a decentralized exchange that has a user experience as easy as Coinbase I think the adoption rate will increase and open the market up to everyone.
