RankingBalls’ ICO

  

RankingBall Gold is the platform’s proprietary currency that can be used for participation in some contests (virtual currency and cash payments are also available). ICO starts on May 21st, 2018, and will last until June 3rd, 2018. Team’s soft cap is $3 mln, the hard cap is $30 mln. If the minimum cap isn’t reached, invested funds will be returned to participants. 20-5% bonus will be provided for buyers during the first days of token sale.  

The minimum personal cap is 0.1 ETH (5.000 RBG), maximum personal cap – 1.000 ETH. There’s a minimum buying interval of 5 blocks: it means that every user can buy 200 ETH once, and makeup to five purchases with this amount. The exchange rate is 50,000 RBG = 1 ETH, which is agreeable.  

In order to optimize profits of contributors, the team will organize two token sales – the second one will be based on the feedback on the first sale.  

  Token allocation

  RGB tokens will be distributed the following way:  

• 25% goes for the 1st token sale (crowdsale);
• 25% will be reserved for the 2nd token sale in      2018;
• 30% stays in marketing reserve for loyalty      programs, marketing reserve, user growth, etc.
• 10% of      rewarding business partners;
• 10% goes to the founder and developers.

The tokens will be stored in multi-signature wallets.  

Token holders can reap multiple benefits from their investments. First, up to 10% of platform’s operating profit will be shared with holders in the form of ETH or RBG. Secondly, token holders can be paid 10-15 annual interest in order to cover inflation. Thirdly, some special contests will be available for token holders only during major sports events (they can get extra bonuses).
