Most "cloud mining" companies are actually Ponzi scams and in the past I have seen them steal millions from people. Genesis may be legit however but the returns are so low that it keeps most people away compared to other Ponzis like Bitconnect and ControlFinance
Cloud mining in general is not profitable. The only way to my understanding that genesis mining is profitable, is by you referring people.

Genesis cloud mining service is real however it isn't that profitable. Most of them are ponzi schemes i'll have to agree.
