Please do not invest into Genesis Mining - they betray its customers, delete tickets and in case they answer you get prewritten answers with promises which get broken soon after ... They pay out irregularly giving excuses all the time - they owe me about 2 month of XMR (Monero) payout!
Do yourself a favour and invest elsewhere but not into Genesis Mining like HashFlare, which are way more reliable at present!
