They do not, I have in the past encouraged them to head that route, but since they have been focused heavily on their current development pipeline it isn't on the radar though the developers were open to ideas. From my perspective what it comes down to with NAV is once they have Anon Dapps, it is going to boil down to "What can we do with the platform next?" ... Meaning their development team is competent enough to keep pushing this project forward, where a lot of coins are content to stay exactly where they are at today.
