NAV Coin - My views on it from an investment perspective.

NAV Coin has laid out a future for itself that is possibly very interesting.  Have you ever heard of an anonymous decentralized application?  Ethereum was the first platform to launch programmable contracts and enable making your own decentralzed applications (DAPPs).  Well NAV Coin may launch Anonymous DAPPs.  Is it the first currency to head in this direction?  As far as I know it is, but there are a lot of projects out there.

Also, NAV Coin is launching code upgrades soon, including a new wallet and an improvement to their core code to update it to bitcoin 0.13 core.  NAV Coin is a proof-of-stake coin, this means that NAV Coin should be the first proof of stake coin able to implement SegWit.  As it is, with 30 second block times, NAV Coin has no issues with scalability, but having access to the latest code just shows that NAV Coin developers are keeping their platform updated.

NAV Coin is also launching code soon to stake your coins on a raspberry pi.  This will generate a lot of interest in the raspberry pi community.  Staking coin is how Proof-of-Stake coins work.  With NAV Coin, people who stake coin in a wallet earn 5% annually on their coins.  NAV Coin also has built into it, anonymous sending for normal transactions.  All this sums up to a very interesting coin and development profile for Nav Coin!

Great Video. You forgot to mention that since NAV is PoS the blocks get generated from the wallet itself and gives a reward of 5% per year on the coins you hold!

He either added it or you missed it

It was there - regarding the 5% but to someone not familiar with the concept, I can see how it could be overlooked. What I wish the developers would do is make wallets "mass" usable , and with clear explinations. "Encrypt Wallet", backup, staking - I understand it but my wife looks at it as if it was written in a different language. I am certain the near future will bring a easier user interface. I still remember the days one would have to put in a command string to get a printer to print landscape or the old DOS commands to change directories. Anyone over 40 knows what I am talking about.

Just wanted to share guys.. Earn POS Mining rewards while you trade at Btcpop.co!
